Guess what time it is! It's time to link-up with Jennifer for:
I know that I shouldn't be boasting, but I am really excited about having February vacation.
Back to the task at hand, this is what I'm hoping to accomplish this week:
Blogging!
I'll definitely be blogging as much as possible - it is one of my favorite activities. I still need to finish my Adventure in Chinatown, Part 2 post. This post will be about food and trinkets. Here's a sneak peek at how fresh the fish is:
Yes, you can purchase this gigantic fish from a tank at a supermarket, and it will be prepared (fileted and skinned) for your dinner. You can't get any fresher than this still living fish.
Intereactive Flipchart
I decided to convert my Puritan Commonwealth powerpoint into an interactive flipchart for 2 reasons:
1. I want to make sure to remember how to make a flipchart.
2. It's so much more engaging for the kids when it's interactive.
Here's an old Puritan church back in England.
Cleaning/tidying my classroom
I am hoping to spend some time in my classroom cleaning my neglected desk and rearranging my classroom library (emphasis on hope).
Anything fun planned?
Right now I don't have any exciting plans, but that's just fine with me. I'm just going to enjoy that vacation feeling and try to relax. Now, relaxing is difficult for me because I always feel that I have to be doing something productive. I guess if this is my biggest problem, I am very lucky indeed!
Tell me about this February vacation of yours! Enjoy your time!
