I would want to be a nurse.  When I was younger, I used to read those Sue Barton, R.N. books. (Does anyone remember those books?)  Then I realized that chemistry was not my strong point.

I would invite my husband, my 3 children, my father, and my brother and sister and their families.  Of course, my mother and grandparents would be there in spirit.

My favorite foods that I make include mashed potatoes and grilled cheese.  Dusting is my least favorite chore of all because I had to dust the whole house growing up every Saturday morning.  I love trains, especially freight trains.
